Service Booking Deposit

At Effects Aesthetics, we understand that unexpected situations can arise, and you may need to rearrange or cancel an appointment.


  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once using the same deposit within 30 days of the cancellation, provided you give us no less than 48 hours’ notice.

  • Multiple Reschedules: If you need to rearrange a second time, a new non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the new appointment.

  • Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. The full appointment charge will apply if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up.

  • Waiving Fees: We may waive the fee in cases of serious or contagious illness or a last-minute emergency (official proof required), at our discretion.


To Cancel or Rearrange: Please email us at [email protected] or use the medium you initially booked (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.). If you text or reach our answering machine, leave a clear message with the following details:



  • That you wish to cancel or rearrange

  • Your full name

  • Your telephone number

  • The date and time of your appointment

  • The treatment(s) you were booked for


Deposit Requirements: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts will vary depending on the requested appointment.


Training Deposit


When booking a training course or masterclass, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be at least 35% of the total course amount, agreed upon with the student.


At our discretion, you may be able to rebook your training dates. All decisions are final and cannot be appealed. Each case will be evaluated individually.



  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, providing 20 days notice allows you to rebook for the next available training date without any additional fee.

  • Late Rescheduling: If you reschedule within 20 – 14 days of your training date, a $100 rescheduling fee will be added to your total.

  • Last-Minute Changes: Any notice given less than 14 days before the scheduled training will require a new deposit. You will need to provide a valid reason for the change, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
