Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Welcome to Effects Aesthetics. We are committed to providing high-quality services and products. Please review the following policy before booking or purchasing through our website.

 

 

1. Services (In-Clinic & Online)

All service sales—including treatments, consultations, and training—are final and non-refundable.

Due to the customized nature of our offerings, results may vary per individual. Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with results, but we are happy to offer corrective recommendations if needed.

 

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

To maintain efficiency and respect everyone’s time:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a $50 cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit
  • Clients who arrive 15+ minutes late may be asked to reschedule and will be subject to a cancellation fee

3. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, we allow one-time transfers of your deposit with at least 24 hours’ notice.

 

4. Product Refunds

We do not offer refunds on retail products. However, store credit may be issued if the following conditions are met:

  • Product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Return is requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

 

5. Training Programs & Masterclasses

All payments for training or courses are non-refundable.

We allow one-time rescheduling with 7 days’ notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in loss of the session and payment.

 

6. Digital Products & Downloads

All digital product sales (e.g., guides, eBooks, online courses) are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

 

7. Exceptions & Discretionary Review

We understand life happens. For documented medical emergencies or product issues, we may offer store credit or a one-time accommodation at management’s discretion. Please email us at info@effectsaesthetics.com within 5 business days of your concern
